AIMING FOR SUCCESS
How We Promote Your
Ministry Events
True Hope Ministries has a proven promotional plan that has never failed to
produce maximum results in attendance to a Revival or Crusade!
After all, why hold such an important event as a RAISING RIGHTEOUSNESS campaign
if only minimum awareness is produced? Minimum awareness equals minimum attendance!
Maximum awareness however, equals maximum attendance ... and maximum attendance
means a far greater likelihood for maximum harvest! And isn't it the harvest that is our
primary objective?
The best part of our promotional activities ...
IT COSTS YOUR CHURCH NO MONEY!
All it requires is that some members of your congregation will invest a few
hours over two or three days to do the leg work! We provide all the materials, the plan and
the training! What's more, we work right along with your promotional teams to be an
encouraging example of evangelism!
In fact, what a powerful way to involve those members who are called of God to
work in evangelism!
THE EVENT PROMOTIONAL PLAN
For 2 and preferably 3 days PRIOR to the first meeting day, Promotional Teams of
2 persons each are formed and assigned specific residential areas in which each team will
PERSONALLY INVITE the residents to your ministry event! Each resident is given an actual,
custom printed invitation to attend the event at YOUR CHURCH!
The goal is to personally deliver invitations to 500 homes in the community
served by your congregation!
ADDITIONALLY ... we personally post another 250-500 Event Fliers in the entry
areas of local stores, restaurants, donut shops, grocery stores ... any business that agrees to
posting a flier inviting the public to your event! Again these fliers are custom printed for
YOUR Church's event!
We first began using this Event Promotional Plan in 1993 ... and in nearly every
case, the local Pastor commended us for the results! Time after time, we have been informed
that the attendance was higher than other such events at their churches; the altar calls were
busier ... even the offerings were far more than at other events ... and we don't "receive" our own
offerings, we leave that to the Pastors!
